Why Aren’t You Going to the Gym?

Do you think going to the gym is fun? If you're like many of my clients, fun is not a concept they associate with exercising in a gym—at all. Here’s why: I'm ashamed of my current shape—I need to get in shape before I go to the gym, I don't know what to wear, what to do, where to begin, I feel like everyone is looking at me—everyone else is in shape, I hate to sweat, I feel intimidated by the equipment, the members, the trainers, I had a bad experience (in PE, at the last gym, during a previous class).
